While I am glad to help in any way that I can, I would urge you to obtain all of the help that is provided by your medical community first. Recognizing, however, that many patients and care givers hit a dead end there, after that you might seek on-line help from those who have been there. The patient and care-giver experience is a very much different perspective.
For this I recommend http://www.dailystrength.org/
I have been a member of the Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML) Support Group on Daily Strength --
http://www.dailystrength.org/c/Acute-Myelogenous-Leukemia-AML/support-group
for the past five years or so and can tell you that you will not find a better group of caring and knowledgeable people. Everyone who joins is happy and grateful that they did.
Another good discussion group is at http://www.inspire.com
Join a group and then tell them what your issues are, from medical questions to help with anxiety and you will get a helpful response. These are people who have been there and speak your language.
Trouble sleeping -- this is quite common in the hospital environment. We recommend music. See the article on it, and then consider downloading some spiritual songs.
